Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items, ensuring all original tags are attached.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
